How it all began

In 2016

With little direction, and little money, I set out to buy a house.

I stumbled my way to success. 

It just made sense! Why spend more money to pay someone else’s mortgage, when I could buy? On my birthday I closed on my first house. 

Since then, I’ve been able to safely leverage my portfolio with high quality Real Estate — Now controlling well over $1 Million Dollars of Real Estate, no fancy financing (the same banks available to you), and growing my initial investment of $10,000 to controlling over $1 Million in Real Estate.

Since then, I continue to learn from my mistakes, teach others how to avoid them, and grow my portfolio.

At a certain point, to really excel at your craft, you’ve got to hit the books. This may not be what many of you want to hear, but its the truth.

Many of the core principles of Real Estate investing are applicable across the country; the major caveat here is Real Estate Markets are Hyper-Local. What works in Boise, Idaho — may not work in Columbus, Ohio. What works in Santa Cruz, California — might not be the right fit for Springfield, Illinois. 

What I tell you with reasonable confidence is going to make you money in Richmond, Virginia is the result of:

  • Countless hours of studying (every online/youtube course known to man, and if you ask a successful Real Estate investor in Richmond if they’ve had coffee with me, they’ll probably say yes). 
  • Over 55 years of combined experience in Real Estate, Construction, and Local Building Inspections.
  •  Over 26 years of local experience in the Greater Richmond Area. As local as it gets.
These three things, in addition to the countless residential and commercial investments properties that my clients have enlisted my services for, has given me the tools to make you a lot of money.
